We’ve been told recently that one of our competitors has been spreading lies about us and in turn we feel it is important to set the record straight. Just because another Canadian retailer or wholesaler of sheet metal doesn’t have a part in stock doesn’t mean Ultimate can’t get it. Please don’t tell customers that Ultimate is lying about our ability to acquire sheet metal just because you can’t get it.

Ultimate Performance Car has a unique business relationship with its US suppliers, which means we can get sheet metal parts into Canada that are not available to other retailers and wholesalers. So they may try to tell you that a part is sold out here in Canada, when the actual fact is that we can get it. We can usually get items that have been out of stock in Canada for months. If we tell you an item is unavailable, it is the absolute truth because we have access to all sheet metal sources in North America, not just Canada.

It’s not nice to tell fibs, especially when anyone can call us and get the real truth!
